Reviews and Ratings
I stayed at the hotel which had a nice view over the mewses, but the room was a bit on the small side for what we paid. The service, especially from Operations Manager Shane, was outstanding and very helpful. The location was convenient for walking to places like the museum of natural history and the Royal Albert Hall. The dining experience was good, but the dining room was relatively dark. Overall, a comfortable stay with some room for improvements.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very comfortable but not as spacious as expected, with a slight smoke smell. The service was superb, especially with the warm welcome for my fiancé's birthday. The location was excellent for our plans, but the dining options were a bit lacking in variety.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room I initially received was extremely small, but after being upgraded to an executive room, it was beautifully appointed. The service from the staff was a bit inconsistent, with some being overly friendly and helpful, while others seemed distant and unaccommodating. The location was ideal for my visit to the Royal Albert Hall, but the dining experience left much to be desired with limited options.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were small for twin sharing but impressively refurbished, sparkling clean, and offered a comfortable bed. Housekeeping entering early was a bit off-putting, though.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, quiet, and had convenient amenities like a refrigerator, although the washbags on the floor were a bit of an issue. The service was excellent, with staff always available to assist in a friendly and professional manner. The location was superb, close to Hyde Park, tube stations, and other attractions. Dining options were varied, and the breakfast was satisfying. Overall, a great value for money.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were large, beautifully appointed, with high ceilings and a great bed, making me look forward to coming back with the family later in March. The only downside was that my room was sandwiched between two elevators on the first floor, which was a bit inconvenient. Despite this, the hotel was overpriced for no more than a basic hotel room.
The hotel is incredibly well-located, just a short stroll from Hyde Park, Kensington Palace, and the Royal Albert Hall, making it a great spot for exploring the area. The rooms, while facing the bustling Queen's Road, offer a nice view but tend to be noisy due to street-level placement and single-glazed windows. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to assist, though a minor issue with the water was not fully resolved. The dining experience was pleasant with various choices, but some additional costs were unexpected. Overall, it's a convenient place to stay, especially for visits to the Royal Albert Hall and nearby attractions.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were lovely and clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was perfect for exploring. However, the room's layout was a bit tight, and the price for a one-night stay felt a little high. The hotel is a great choice overall.
The hotel rooms, though not very big, were exceptionally clean, well-appointed, and had everything needed including an iron and ironing board, drink-making facilities, and toiletries. The small but charming front of the hotel was spacious and very clean. The service was extra friendly and helpful, especially Dani at Checkout, and the staff were overall very friendly despite a chaotic check-in. The location was great for the Royal Albert Hall and parks but could be more inviting. The dining experience offered a good variety of breakfast dishes but lacked flexibility for smaller appetites. Overall, a fantastic spot with clean and comfy rooms and friendly staff, though improvements could be made in some areas.
